OK – Here is my confession. I do not have pancake skills.  I can make pancakes that taste good, but… they are never in neat little circles and the process typically involves a big huge mess that leaves me wondering why we didn’t have cereal for breakfast.

However, I can make beautiful round pancakes with Batter Blaster.

And they are organic.

And there is virtually no mess.

I cannot believe how easy Batter Blaster is. The can is similar to a whipped cream canister – and I do have whipped cream skills! I just shake it and then squirt it directly into the hot skillet – delicious fluffy round pancakes without a mess!

The can makes approx. 28 four inch pancakes – no eggs, milk or extra ingredients needed. I can make all of them at once or it’s easy enough to just make a few at a time since there isn’t any mixing or mess to deal with.

You can check their site to see where you can find Batter Blaster in your area. I’m able to purchase it at my favorite grocery store – they keep it in the refrigerator section near the packaged cookie dough. 

Batter Blaster is USDA Certified Organic and Kosher. I was happy to read that the plastic caps, tips and steel can are all recyclable.
