The comforter is made from 300 thread count damask cotton and is filled with hypoallergenic white duck down. It’s a medium weight that is good for year round use. I’ve always been amazed that down can somehow keep me comfortably snuggled during both warm and cold weather.

The twin set even includes 2 pillows that are also hypoallergenic and 300 thread count. Down does such a good job of conforming to just the right shape. And I think it’s great that they include 2 with the set.

One of my favorite features is that the comforter and pillows are machine washable. DOWNLITE has helpful videos and instructions for proper machine washing. The Twin XL fits just fine in my regular front loading washing machine – no need for a special trip to use an oversized machine at a laundromat.
