So… I know the name of the site is KIDS Travel Happy, but I had lots of fun looking at all of the fun toys! Many of them are toys that I remember playing with when I was a kid (Wooly Willy, Barrel of Monkeys, Slinky, Pot Holder Loom…).

You can search for toys by age, price, brand, category or mode of travel. Many of them are very inexpensive. You could easily buy a bunch and then hand them out to the kids when they need some new entertainment.

We got to try out something that was totally new to us and is completely addicting!

Perplexus

It’s a large, clear plastic ball with a 3 dimensional maze inside. There are 3 tracks and over 100 twists, turns and barriers to maneuver a little ball around. No batteries are needed and it’s totally contained, so there are no pieces to lose. It’s recommended for ages 6-106 – kids, teens, adults… everyone can have fun. If you leave it sitting out, someone will pick it up and enjoy. But … it’s hard to try it just once. You’ll want to try it again and again. Trust me….it’s quite addicting
