• No gluten
• No dairy
• No animal/seafood products
• No corn/wheat
• No high fructose corn syrup/artificial sweeteners

Each formula comes in a single serve package that can be mixed with water, juice, a smoothie or other food. As far as the taste goes, my favorite is Balance. When I tried YogaEarth mixed with water, I didn’t exactly like the taste – so I added a little agave and then it worked for me. When I added it to juice (apple is really good!) or a smoothie I didn’t need any extra sweetener.

The products were designed with Yoga in mind, but they are appropriate for other activities and lifestyles as well.

Balance and Vitality are a good addition to my day!
