I’ve been reading so many good things about Resveratrol that I was happy to give NeoCell’s caplets a try. I’ve already used their Collagen + C Pomegranate Liquid and Blueberry Hyaluronic Acid Liquid, so I was already familiar with the company.
When you’re looking to try out a new dietary supplement, I would recommend that you research both the supplement and brand, because there are differences.
NeoCell has Resveratrol as a liquid and in caplet form. The suggested serving size is either 1 fl. ounce or 4 caplets.
The caplets were easy enough to swallow and I didn’t notice an unpleasant taste. It’s usually easiest for me to remember to take supplements in the morning, and I didn’t notice any difference between taking them on an empty or full belly – no upset at all for me. Just took them and was good to go.
