My older son typically does not appreciate gluten free desserts. He ate the entire box of Chocolate Chip Cookies and said that they have the perfect ‘Chip to cookie ratio’ – Unfortunately, they were gone before I got to try them.
The brownie mix is fabulous fabulous fabulous! The package has several different variations listed. I made the basic one with oil and egg (other choices were with applesauce, without egg….). And they were incredible – the texture was perfect and so was the taste. They were a big hit when I served them to guests – enjoyed by everyone – not just the people who are on a gluten free diet. And other guests were talking about how much they enjoy other Pamela’s products. We will definitely be making more of these.
