They do make milk chocolate, but dark chocolate is always my favorite. I’ve tried and enjoyed several of their bars in the past and recently got to try 2 of their newest bars.
- Dos Rios – Dark 70% Cacao from the Dominican Republic. The cocoa beans naturally have hints of orange bergamot, cinnamon and clove.
- Guayas – Dark 70% Cacao from the Guayas river basin in Ecuador – rich and smokey with notes of blackberry.
Each of their chocolates has a distinct taste that comes from the cocoa beans themselves, not from other fillers – so what you taste is pure chocolate with natural flavor differences due to the origin of the beans.
The chocolate is packaged beautifully and would make a great gift for a chocolate lover.
