Yes, it’s true. I am an Ozzy fan! I took took that picture when my kids and I went on an OzzFest road trip in 2007. It was a fabulous trip and Ozzy was amazing – he was obviously enjoying himself as he worked the crowd and gave a great performance. I expected him to be good, but he really exceeded my expectations.

I was excited to have the opportunity to review the new I Am Ozzy audio book. I was hoping that Ozzy himself would read it, but Frank Skinner did an excellent job of reading. He isn’t Ozzy, but his accent and style gave it a realistic feel.

The first hand account of Ozzy’s life was very informative – starting with his childhood and family and then moving forward to the present. Some of it – I already knew, but a lot of it was new to me. And the whole thing is told from Ozzy’s perspective – clear and honest words – the good and the bad.

And …. yes, there are plenty of F-Bombs throughout. So… use your own discretion.
