Hooray! It’s another James Patterson winner! I was happy to see that he has teamed up with Michael Ledwidge, as he has in previous books (Run For Your Life, Daniel X, The Quickie….). I’m not sure how team writing is done, but they manage to do it in a way that the whole thing flows together. As a mom, I found the idea of a child in danger unnerving, but of course I was sucked right in to the story. The short chapters make it easy to read ‘just one more’ and find that you’ve suddenly finished the book.
