A lot of the motivational and self-help type books seem to be written by people using a sales-type approach to getting you to follow them and change your behaviors. It can feel overwhelming and pushy which often leads me to wonder whether or not these people follow their own advice.
Suzanne Grenager is different. She shares her own personal experiences and what she has learned from them. There is no pushiness. She helps others understand what she has learned along the way.
The book feels like I’m talking over coffee or around a campfire with a wise friend!
