About: Organic and all-natural beauty products of the highest standards. We’ve chosen each and every brand we carry to ensure that the products we offer you are truly organic and all-natural.
Organic Beauty Now is a site that I could browse for hours. And if money were no object, I would be happy to load my cart up with one of everything. They’ve done the research and every product meets their high standards -
- Made with the highest quality ingredients, using only natural oils, bases and essences
- Certified organic and/or all-natural
- Cruelty-free and not tested on animals
- Free from chemicals—no parabens, synthetic fragrance, mineral oil, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate or any other notorious cosmetic ingredient
Here are some fabulous products that they’ve chosen to include in a summer prize package that 1 of you will win:
Primitive Natural Lip Gloss - Primitive Natural Lip Gloss is silky, sheer beauty. Our award-winning Lip Glosses are made entirely of pure, natural ingredients, without additives, preservatives (paraben-free), or artificial colors. Best of all, they are silky and not sticky!
This gloss is beautiful and I love that it isn’t sticky. It’s especially important to pay attention to ingredient labels on lip products. We all know that that gloss is not going to stay on the outside of our mouth, so it’s great that Primitive is made without icky chemicals.
Karen’s Botanicals Summer Sunflower Lotion – A light and luscious lotion that will cool and moisturize sunbured skin on face and body. With a delicate scent reminiscent of summer wildflowers, our natural Sunflower Lotion is formulated to be easily absorbed and nourishing for dry skin anywhere.
This comes in a pretty blue bottle with a convenient pump dispenser. The lotion is a combination of ingredients that are great for summer skin – sunflower oil, aloe vera, cocoa butter, beeswax, vitamin e oil and more. The scent is light and breezy from the lavender and other natural oils.
Hamadi Organics Shea Rice Milk Conditioner – Made with 100% organic essential oils & plant extracts. Completely biodegradable. No artificial ingredients. No perfume or colors. Shea butter smoothes and moisturizes. Rice milk proteins nourish and fortify. Naturally occurring sunscreen in shea butter protects hair and scalp from harmful rays.
This powerful conditioner can give your hair what it needs during the summer. When you think about it, summer is probably when hair takes the most abuse – sunshine, extra dry weather or humidity, sweat, cholorine …. The conditioner works well and does a great job detangling. I was happy to learn that the shea butter in it acts as a natural sunscreen for hair and scalp.
Lavender of the Khoisan Indigenous Shea Butter Dead Sea Salt Scrub – Sourced from the depths of the Dead Sea and the expanse of the African savannah, Dead Sea salt and organic shea butter are whipped into a synergistic blend to create this luxurious, non-oily body scrub. From the sweeping Cape off South Africa’s coast delicate wands of lavender are collected. The aromatic blooms whisper sweet nothings only the way a blossom of the Khoisan can. Growing in a region with flora found no where else on Earth, this lavender has developed a unique aroma reminiscent of neighboring geraniums, chamomiles and the like. This rare oil known to promote cell regeneration is added drop by drop into an ocean of skin renewing gems. King Solomon, Queen of Sheba and Cleopatra are said to have been among the privileged to have benefited from the Dead Sea’s curative powers. Ten times saltier than the ocean, Dead Sea salt promotes skin healing and cell renewal. Combined with wild harvested African herbs of aloe ferox, kigelli, and African potato, reparative, organic shea butter deeply moisturizes the skin, penetrating deep beneath the epidermis to deliver valuable nutrients
This is my absolute favorite of these summer products. This scrub is not at all harsh like other brands that I’ve tried. It does exfoliate, but it does it so gently that my skin doesn’t get at all irritated. The shea butter moisturizes while the dead sea salt cleanses and purifies. My skin feels moist and fresh instead of raw. This is a very good thing! The lavender aroma relaxes my mind and body.
